RESTORATIVE MASSAGE

MASSAGE + REIKI COMBINED EXPERIENCE

CRANIOSACRAL THERAPY
60 minutes, $150
During a CranioSacral session, the therapist begins with a soothing back massage to release tension, loosen the muscles that surround the spine, and promote relaxation. The therapist then uses delicate touch to palpate the craniosacral system, which includes the membranes and fluid around the brain and spinal cord. By gently releasing restrictions within this system, the therapist helps to alleviate pain and dysfunction, enhance whole-body health, and promote deep relaxation, leaving the client feeling rejuvenated and balanced.
SPA BACK & FACIAL MASSAGE

Indulge in the ultimate relaxation experience with our Spa Back & Facial Massage. This rejuvenating session begins with a soothing back massage, complemented by the strategic placement of warm stones to release deep-seated tension. A revitalizing back scrub follows, exfoliating the skin for a smooth finish. Moving to the facial portion, our expert therapist gently massages your face before applying a hydrating mask. To further enhance your skin’s health, red light therapy is utilized, promoting cellular regeneration. The treatment concludes with the application of a refreshing toner and a luxurious moisturizer, leaving you feeling refreshed, balanced, and glowing from head to toe.

AYURVEDA CONSULTATION

Ayurveda is India’s traditional medicine and the oldest system of healthcare in the world. In this 1:1 session with an Ayurvedic Health Advisor, you will learn the basis of Ayurveda and explore how it can help you reach your wellness goals. Health concerns will be addressed and you will receive actionable recommendations to create positive change in your life.
1:1 MIND YOUR FLOW METHOD COACHING
30-minute introductory session, complimentary; 90 minutes, $99
Connect with JennyBess Chaim to explore how the Mind Your Flow Method for personal coaching can support you to create and maintain flow states in daily life, and to remain connected to the flow of your life through its many changes. The Mind Your Flow Method teaches you modern mindfulness techniques rooted in historic wisdom traditions to ground yourself in the present and to envision a future aligned with your values and needs. Dive deep into your experience with JennyBess to cultivate clear sight, self-compassion, and to learn practical skills for navigating life’s ebbs and flows. Promotional packages are available for Santosha guests who seek to continue their coaching session following their stay.

Fees are payable directly to your practitioner on the date of service. All our practitioners are licensed to practice in the State of Maine and are fully vaccinated against COVID-19, including all boosters.
Healing Arts offerings are available for Santosha Guests, visitors to the Carrabassett Valley, and local residents alike.
