Food and joy are intimately connected here at Santosha. We strive to craft a culinary experience in mindfulness for you: slow down to savor every last bite. We emphasize seasonal, local ingredients from small Maine growers. Meals are meant to be shared. We serve everything family-style, around solid hardwood tables. We lean heavily toward plant-based recipes to respect our environmental stewardship obligations and remain mindful of the ethics of eating meat, fowl, and fish. Our menus reflect our chefs’ extensive travels across the globe and varied ethnic backgrounds, ranging from Swedish treats to Israeli comfort food.

We offer four daily menus: the Omnivore Menu, the Pescatarian Menu, the Vegetarian Menu, and the Vegan Menu.
