Food and joy are intimately connected here at Hillholm. We strive to craft a culinary experience in mindfulness for you: slow down to savor every last bite. We emphasize seasonal, local ingredients procured from small Maine growers and farmers.

Fine dining at Winter’s Table is currently closed as we develop our restaurant’s new concept.

The Great Room is open until then, on Thursday, Friday and Saturday, 5:00 - 9:00 p.m. Kitchen closes at 8:30; last call at the bar is 8:45 p.m. We’re glad to recommend nearby restaurants in the meantime.

Winter’s Table

Fine dining at Winter’s Table is currently closed while we make some meaningful changes to our format, menu, and pop-up offerings. Stay tuned for updates on social media.

Our menu reflects our chef’s travels across the globe and varied ethnic backgrounds, ranging from Nordic traditions to Middle Eastern comfort food.

The Great Room

The Great Room is open on Thursday, Friday, and Saturday evenings, 5:00 - 9:00 p.m. Kitchen closes at 8:30; last call at the bar is 8:45 p.m.

The Great Room rejuvenates Prohibition Era novelties with shrubs from Precessional Apothecary, house-made bitters, syrups, infusions, and aquavit. Our mixology program features cocktails and mocktails alike: everyone can feel at home in our Great Room.

No reservations required. Our hours change seasonally.
