The fine print
Additional fees may include Healing Arts sessions; bringing a dog; shuttle transfers to and from Portland; merchandise and snacks for sale; all bar beverages; certain activities offered by outside independent contractors, both on-site and off-site; and private movement or meditation sessions; tax and gratuity. Holistic Retreats require a minimum two-night stay (and three-night stay on holiday weekends.) We do not offer shared guest accommodations like bunk rooms. None of our guest washrooms are shared. We assign guests their individual rooms based on availability on the date of arrival.
Cancellation
We know life gets in your way sometimes. While we do not provide refunds under any circumstances, we will gladly work with you to reschedule your retreat within six (6) months of your original dates, free of charge, provided that your original invoice has been paid in full. After rescheduling once, any subsequent rescheduling may not be permitted and will incur a fee. For the avoidance of doubt, we do not provide refunds even if you are prevented from traveling to Santosha due to illness; travel logistics or cancellations; family events; changes in plans; or otherwise. And we don’t offer rescheduling on account of adverse weather events like snow or rain: living in the mountains, weather events are part of daily life for us. We believe that, if you make a retreat reservation, you intend to join us, one way or another.
