Submitting a request using this form does not guarantee a scheduled appointment. Please be advised that, in the event you wait to schedule a treatment until your arrival, it is unlikely we will have openings.

Based on our practitioners’ availability, we will schedule your appointment and confirm its timing and location.

If you select multiple treatments below, we will assume that you would like to schedule multiple treatments, not make a choice among them.

Please prepare to compensate your Healing Arts practitioner in person on the date of service (cash or peer-to-peer transfer, not credit card).

We offer discounted rates for full-time residents of the Carrabassett Valley. Please email rejuvenate@santosha.org to discuss them with us.

Cancellation Policy

By selecting the services above, you agree to either (1) accept the service scheduled for you based on your selection, or (2) to pay a cancellation fee equal to the total amount of the service in the event that you decide to cancel the service.

We strive to protect our Healing Arts practitioners from last-minute cancellations out of respect for their time.
