In the principles of simcha and santosha, two ancient traditions explore the meaning of happiness and contentment. This retreat provides an opportunity for Jewish women to slow down and cultivate self-care in community. Join us to explore themes of joy, “enoughness”, and finding presence in our busy world. Festive Shabbat dinner of Jewish comfort food on Friday evening. Restorative candlelit sound bath. Rich Torah study and yoga philosophy discussions regarding the intersection of these wisdom traditions. Curated wine tasting (and mocktails, too!) Mikveh immersion in the river to wake up the soul. Deep connection with likeminded soulful women.
Meanwhile, Santosha provides all the programming you know and love from our Holistic Retreats every day, so you have plenty of options outside the program—four daily meals, three daily yoga classes, two daily meditations, our nightly yoga philosophy talk, and more. Spend the days in reflection, then wrap up the day with a good soak in the jacuzzi, a steam in our cedar barrel sauna, and a hot toddy by the fire.
