Still Becoming: A Menopause Retreat for Women

  • Santosha at Hillholm Estate 33 Winter Hill Road Kingfield, ME, 04947 United States (map)

This intimate retreat is crafted for women navigating the transitions of menopause and perimenopause with curiosity, grace, and strength. Step into a sanctuary designed just for you—a space of renewal, reflection, and deep connection. Through gentle yoga, mindfulness practices, nourishing meals, and guided workshops with Brenda Walkey M.D., you’ll explore the powerful shifts of this life stage in a setting that honors your body, mind, and spirit. You’ll learn to listen inward, reconnect with your wisdom, and build a toolkit for balance—from managing hot flashes to embracing emotional clarity to pursuing a balanced diet and hormonal equilibrium. Surrounded by supportive women and the rhythms of nature, you’ll find space to exhale. Together, we’ll rewrite the story of menopause—not as an ending, but as a sacred turning point—one of depth, power, and freedom. Whether you’re just beginning this journey or deep in its midst, you’ll leave feeling grounded and replenished.

Meanwhile, Santosha provides all the programming you know and love from our Holistic Retreats every day, so you have plenty of options outside the program—four daily meals, three daily yoga classes, two daily meditations, our nightly yoga philosophy talk, and more. Spend the days in reflection, then wrap up the day with a good soak in the jacuzzi, a steam in our cedar barrel sauna, and a hot toddy by the fire.

$350/night, for a solo retreat guest in a private room with a King or Queen bed and ensuite washroom; $550/night, split between two retreat guests traveling together, sharing a private room with two Double beds and ensuite washroom. Lift passes, equipment rental, excursion fees, Healing Arts services, coaching sessions, beverages from the bar, food/beverage purchased outside Santosha, taxes and gratuities are not included.
