ABOUT
SANTOSHA’S PSYCHEDELIC MINDFULNESS PROGRAM
Santosha’s Psychedelic Mindfulness Program is a comprehensive, research-informed platform for seekers of deep psychological insight, emotional healing, and spiritual clarity. Integrating contemplative practices with the transformative potential of psychedelic therapy—specifically ketamine-assisted therapy retreats—this program offers a safe, structured path for inner exploration.
You may engage in a curated series of retreats, lectures, reading and discussion groups, and more, rooted in neuroscience, behavioral psychology, and perennial contemplative traditions. Through mindfulness training, integrative journaling, community dialogue, and optional ketamine sessions led by licensed physicians, you learn to become your own guide, to soften inner resistance, process emotional blocks, and reconnect with purpose.
The program’s goals are grounded and clear: to cultivate emotional resilience, deepen self-awareness, and promote lasting personal growth. Each element—whether a silent meditation sit, a facilitated group discussion, or a carefully held psychedelic journey—serves to illuminate the mind’s patterns while inviting compassion and spaciousness. Throughout the program, participants often report feeling more anchored, alive, and open. Many experience a softening of long-held tensions, a renewed sense of direction, and an increased ability to be with life as it is—with clarity and courage.
This is not a shortcut.
It’s a discipline of presence, held in trust.
